Resin Designs E8074 Nanoparticle Silver Epoxy

Resin Designs E8074 was specifically developed for use in the Optomec Aerosol Jet Dispenser. As a silver epoxy, it can be used for making conductive traces or for bonding components. Specially formulated so that every droplet contains the same ratio of silver nanoparticles and epoxy resin, electrical and mechanical properties are consistently reliable.

With non-contact dispensing, the Optomec Aerosol Jet systems enables deposition in all axes and in recessed, hard to reach areas. Feature sizes as small as 10 µm can be produced. Unlike silver printing inks used for electrical traces only, the epoxy in E8074 allows bonding of components as well as a more secure electrical trace. Electrical conductivity is excellent in all directions.
